Refund policy
Claim refunds if orders haven't been shipped or missing .
You will receive your refund within 3-5 business days once it gets approved.
The refund will be transferred to the original payment method.
Quick refunds
If you cancel within 2 hours of payment and the order has not yet shipped, you can claim a full and immediate refund.

How to create a Refund/Cancel Request

Reach the contact us page from the menu bar.

Fill the details which are been asked and also write your issue and request in the Message dialogue box and then submit it by clicking the Send button.
Step 3:

Once you see the popup of Thanks for submitting! , you can confirm that we have recieved your message.
After that you can relax and wait for our reply . Once we receive your message, we will review it and respond you as soon as possible . Our reply will be sent to the same email id which you have registered with us.
Note:
You can't request a refund once your order have been shipped.
If you have received a damaged product you can request a replacement within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
