How to request a Replacement
Step 1:
Reach the contact us page from the menu bar.
Step 2:

Fill the details which are been asked and also write your issue and request in the Message dialogue box and then submit it by clicking the Send button.

Once you see the popup of Thanks for submitting! , you can confirm that we have recieved your message.
After that you can relax and wait for our reply . Once we receive your message, we will review it and respond you as soon as possible . Our reply will be sent to the same email id which you have registered with us.
Note:
If you have received a damaged product you can request a replacement only within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

And for a replacement it is necessary to record the video of you receiving the product from the delivery guy and also make sure to record the unboxing video of the product when you receive it.
